Ship-a-Car Direct was the second transport broker I tried to move a classic car from Long Island to Bozeman, Montana. The first broker didn't get it done in six weeks. This is a more challenging route, but Ship-a-Car Direct, and specifically the broker Mike, got it done in 14 days. Mike communicated clearly, often, and professionally. He always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. He explained how the process and the industry work, never made transport decisions without my approval, and accepted my input openly. The car arrived a day ahead of schedule. The transporter kept in continual contact with updates along the way and arrived 15 minutes before the promised time. The car arrived undamaged. The transporter was professional and pleasant. Overall, it was a professional experience.
