John really took care of me. I was hoping to ship my car during one window, but the seller wasn’t ready, so John cancelled one carrier and found another. That carrier cancelled due to an issue with the truck the night before pickup, which was a major inconvenience for the seller. John found another carrier quickly and credited me for some of the fee charged by shipacar charges. The car arrived in perfect condition and i was really happy with the communication throughout. I did end up paying about $175 more than originally quoted but that’s more on the driver market than the company
