It's always a bit unnerving when you have to depend on someone you really don't know much about to do their job right. I was concerned. But turns out, I had nothing to fear. From beginning to end, Ship a Car Direct was outstanding. Their customer service might be the best I've ever experienced. They're right there with you, virtually, to guide and assist you through the entire process. The price was reasonable. And my car was picked up and delivered on the dates we agreed on--without a single scratch. Bravo.
