Ship a car direct approach is neat, the driver comes to pick up the car you fo most of the paperwork with an app for noting damages.
You do the same in reverse at drop-off.
I would have liked for better communication since after pick up I didn't hear one word. My ship a car direct rep can't get thru to the shipping partner too, this is sample size of 1.
Got my car without any damages, but communication was zero
