Renee was fantastic with communication and checked up on my regularly to make sure I understood the process. The first driver had a little bit of trouble with English but once my sister spoke to his manager, the confusion was resolved. I wish there was a way to track the car online as it’s in transit, but I was given the driver’s number just in case I wanted to call and ask. The car arrived a day early and the driver called an hour before to let me know when he would be arriving. It was in good condition and I am satisfied.
