So far fairly easy, but with doing my homework and due diligence on reviewing the different companies I found this company (broker) had the least amount of negative reviews and NONE of the really bad reviews found with other brokers. Used the BBB site for my search, not all business are listed there. The overall experience was 5 star from the first phone call to when the cars were delivered. Shipped two vehicles from California to Florida, and all were in the EXACT same condition as when picked up, no blemish or damage. Mario, the truck driver, delivered as promised and stayed in contact with me throughout plus I could call him when needed. I would use them again and highly recommend SHIP A CAR DIRECT; Lottie was my contact and kept me informed the whole time and answered all my emails, texts and phone calls promptly. Nothing negative to report here.
