From beginning to end this was a very positive experience!! I submitted information on their website and received an estimate in a very timely manner. The quote was reasonable compared to others I had gotten what really sealed the deal was the great customer service that was provided. Lottie contacted me by email then later phone to explain the process. This was my first time having a vehicle shipped, she was very patient and answered all of my questions. The driver contacted the dealer that the vehicle was being picked up from a day before so the dealership had it detailed and ready to go when he arrived. He let me know the day before he arrived in town and we set a time for delivery which was accurate. Drop off was quick and easy!! Overall a great experience!! I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct!!
