I was literally tensed when another one ditched me for shipment while my fly date was fast approaching. Thats when my friend referred me to shipadirect who used the service earlier. My shipment was handled by Lottie. She is very much customer eccentric, understood my requirement and within couple of days, a carrier was assigned.. When I was concerned I would already by flying before that assigned pickup date, she promised she would try her best to findout a carrier before pick up. Though I trusted her, I didn’t really have any expectations and preparing to take my long distant friend’s help. To my thrilling surprise, in next few hours, got a call from her that my vehicle would be picked up in an hour. My vehicle was picked up as said and got delivered one day before promised delivery date in same condition. I was so happy and thankful for Lottie and shipacardirect and highly recommend for reliable service.
