. Ship a Car Direct guided me through it. I suggest you view all the videos they have on what to expect. Read all the Frequently asked questions info. My calls and questions were quickly answered. I was nervous. I learned that your carrier is not chosen til closer to your pickup date so don't expect to know the particulars when you first contract with them. Once loaded up, your drop off date is also a general idea not a set date. The driver was great and called/texted me to keep me posted. I'd use them again.
