The service I received from Lottie and her team was excellent. From the time I booked my car to the time it was delivered was great. There were a couple of delays but that may be due to the fact that I shipped it from Utah to NY and there might not have been many carriers for that route. But the very best experience was from the driver Tarras who actually drove the truck cross country. He was not able to come to my location since it was a narrow street. But since I had to drive about 5 minutes he gave me $5.00 for my gas. To me that was very impressive. I got a ton of calls with much lower prices, but they seemed kind of shady to me. I'm planning to ship another couple of cars to Florida and will most certainly use Ship a Car direct again.
