John was my initial contact person. He was professional, informative and helpful. I put personal valuable items in my car. Since the company is not responsible for anything lost or stolen I was concerned about that. But God behold everything was in there when my car arrived. They communicated very well. I was flexible with the carrier. I told him he can come anytime of the day I was available. There was no damage to my car when it arrived. It was just super dirty understandable due to me choosing open carrier option. It was a gut feeling to pick this company and everything worked out well for me!
