The Process was a bit cumbersome but ultimately a decent process. I was charged an additional fee for having some items in the car which was not laid out up front. The charges felt unessesary but I didn't have a choice as pick up was after 11:30pm at night. I was left with no choice but to pay the fee the driver made up. Once I picked up the cars the charge was still needed to be paid even though the driver was not stopped for having items in my car as they said the truck could be stopped at weigh stations. All in all the process was seemless and overall a decent process. I would just be more up front with customers I'm the beginning of extra fees.
