I inherited a car that was in NH and needed to get it to Ohio. I planned to just fly out and drive it back but things came up and it made more sense logistically to ship it. I used ShipACarDirect 2 years ago to move a vehicle I purchased that was several hours away. The experience then was very good so I called again. David had helped with my prior move and said he’d see what he could set up. Since this car was in a small town, he expected it to take a couple of days to get a quote. Amazingly, he called 10 minutes later and asked if the driver could pick it up that afternoon since he had a delivery in town already scheduled. We worked out a plan and Adam arrived as scheduled to load the car. He was prompt, professional and took care loading it up. He coordinated a drop-off date based on his other stops and showed up 5 minutes early, confirming en route that he would be on time. Delivery was fast - unloaded in about 10 minutes. Adam’s truck was a legit full-size car carrier, and the car was undamaged in the move. With two positive experiences, I will continue to use ShipACarDirect. Fair pricing, good customer service and quick coordination of shipments. Very happy with their service.
