Lottie was great to work with during this process of setting up the transport of my car across the US in a covered transport. She was responsive to my questions and stayed in touch. My car arrived safely and the transport driver was wonderful in staying in touch by text during the trip as to estimated time of delivery. Although he arrived for pick-up a day earlier than planned, we were able to work that out. It was a little bit of a hassle having to ask for a receipt of payment, but all-in-all, I would recommend this service.
