I found Ship a car Direct on the web. From the I go a call from Matt. After that,I clearly received the best customer service I have (maybe) ever received. Great communication all the way through. Once the car was picked up, the communication from the entire support team was timely and consistent. This is a service that I can't say enough about. A true standard for communication and going the extra mile. Not something I expected. All of their representations and promises were spot on! I would not hesitate to recommend this group, especially Matt to anyone needing to ship a car
