Yes, everything went smoothly from contract to delivery. My representative Lottie stepped me through the process and I’m happy to report all expectations were met. The truck driver met us at the designated location, date and time. I utilized the app to record pics of my car before pickup and contacted the 24 hour service line as soon as I was ready for my car to be delivered. I asked for delivery a day earlier that the original estimated date which was accommodated. Most importantly, my car was delivered in the same condition as it was when it was picked up.
