The overall experience was great when the driver eventually picked up the vehicle. The scheduled pick up date was pushed back 3+ days and I was handed off to multiple drivers for the previous trailers tire blowing up and brakes giving out. this was quite concerning, and I had to lean quite hard on Mike (rep at ship-a-car-direct) to tie up loose ends. But overall, the process was quite good.
