First time needing to ship a personal vehicle between states. Order and pre-shipment communications, both over the phone and electronically, were helpful and addressed all my questions and concerns. The carrier was scheduled right within the window requested and the vehicle arrived well cared for and on time as agreed with the driver. Overall, very happy with the service received and I would definitely recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone considering their move.
