I put the car pickup order for the same day and it took 5 days for them to find the carrier which is a reasonable time. Ship-a-car-direct sent me updates every day and customer communication was great. Scott was really helpful, The carrier took the car on Tuesday from Utah and I had my car on Friday morning in Connecticut. Only 3 days, Wooow! That was really fast. The price was lower when I compare the other online car shippers. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use it again.
