Moved from the west to the east coast. Company was very communicative and timely. We were assigned a carrier within one week of the start of the scheduled pickup window. In the meantime, I communicated with Ship A Car Direct via email and they ensured I was reassured throughout the process. The carrier was TransAuto and was reliable. Our vehicles did not have any damage. After delivery of our vehicles, Ship A Car made sure to contact us afterwards to confirm the shipment went smoothly. This is my second time using Ship A Car Direct and I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to other customers as well.
