Ship-a-Car-Direct engages subcontractors that go above and beyond. While the pick-up date was delayed slightly, the driver helped to solve every challenge in getting my car started (I thought it was inoperable), had to back it up a steep, curved, very long driveway, and secured it in the covered trailer without a glitch. Delivery was equally impressive. I would definitely use their service again if needed.
