After researching several car shipping companies, we chose Ship A Car Direct from their good reviews. It was a good choice. The process was explained clearly and Ship A Car Direct provided updates and a 24 hour number to call once the car was picked up. We didn’t need to use it, but it was good to know there was someone to contact at all times. We received one day’s notice for pickup. The driver was also in contact. However, we were notified about delivery on the same day and given only a 45 minute window to pick up and felt rushed by the driver, so that is something they can improve on. Overall, the service was great.
