The whole process took just over 1 week. It was a cross country transport. My only complaint was the communication was immediate, then seemed to trail off, but once I reviewed w/them that I was truly under a time constraint, they had an answer in less than 24 hrs. My car was on a carrier and delivered 2 days earlier than needed and just 12 hours after estimated delivery. I would highly recommend, and will use again
