Shipping my car with Ship a Car Direct was a great experience. When making my original reservation, I called to confirm after completing the online form and received excellent backup to get the service I needed, which actually reduced my cost and improved my schedule flexibility (note: uncovered trailers are more available than covered so the cost is less and the window for pickup is smaller). Pickup was very flexible. I received direct contact and was able to arrange a convenient location and time for pick-up. Drop-off was also convenient. At this time, only cashier's check or cash is accepted so make sure to plan ahead for payout. My car was dirty when I received it but undamaged. I was told that I had 72 hours to wash the car and contact the office if I noted any damage I couldn't see originally because of the dirt. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct for your vehicle shipping needs.
