Let's start with the positive: I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone! My car was shipped Baltimore to San Diego in a timely manner. Lottie was great to speak with step-by-step. Here's the but: The first time I was contacted for pick up, I was contacted by several different #'s that appeared as "spam" on my phone. My partner was concerned that I was being scammed, bc the person insisted I meet them at a location to drop off my vehicle. Not that they would be at my home on the specified date as planned. Turns it out was the pick up driver, thus my car pick up had to be rescheduled. It worked out for us in the end. But heads up, you will be contacted by multiple people in the process. Which in hindsight makes sense, it was not clear to us initially. And because of where we live the driver could not pick up in our neighborhood.
