I am very satisfied with the service. Lottie is an excellent example of customer service with quick response and follow up. I got the car picked up and delivered on time as promised. I have used Ship a Car Direct 3 times and I got the same excellent results from all those 3 times. Ship a Car Direct will be our family choice when there is a need for transporting car.
