My second time using Ship A Car Direct (first time OH to CA, this time CA to MI). Both times I used enclosed trucks and both shipments went well. No damage either time, and the shipments were pretty quick (4 days for this shipment).
The only thing that bothered me is that the truck was not committed and confirmed until the start of my 4 day pickup window…I would have been less anxious about getting my car shipped if the commitment would have been made a few days earlier.
Base upon past experience I would use them again.
