The only good thing about shipping car was initial phone call, the rest is a nightmare!! Car didn't get picked up anywhere near the 3 day window, nor got delivered when it was supposed to. When moving across county, you need to have your car picked up on time. I was sure to have my 3 day window to end 5 days before the move.
