I have used Ship-a-Car Direct auto transport services two times to ship a vehicle from Illinois to Arizona.
They communicated regularly the status of my order, the drivers they use contacted me multiple times directly to arrange pick up and drop off of my car.
I dealt directly with Jennifer who consistently communicated with me and advised me as to the status of my order.
The price I was quoted was the price I was charged. No bait and switch as you sometimes read about with other auto transport brokers.
We will be using thier services again soon!
