Good broker, unfortunate shipping situation

Had my vehicle shipped from California to New Jersey, a feat that I was pretty anxious about entrusting my vehicle. Shipacardirect was easy to communicate with, and had fair pricing and I felt at ease going getting closer to the pickup date. Pickup was a breeze and they provided an app to document photos of my vehicle status. My problem was after delivery, but unfortunately it was out of their hands as it was solely the carrier that had possession of my vehicle. It sucks to think that a better case scenario was them dinging my car up in some fashion, because it's at least visual and trackable. I came to find that the clutch on my car was burnt to a crisp and requiring replacement. My car had to be moved at least once between pickup and delivery as my car was backed in and in a different spot in the truck. Something to be wary of here, especially if you have an expensive manual vehicle..maybe go the extra mile to ensure your vehicle is better taken care of. Unfortunately, it seems like it's out of my hands as there is no sort of documentation that they have to track anything mechanically other than a - 'does your vehicle run option.' Shipacardirect was quick to reply and gave me the insurance info of the carrier and refunded part of the broker fee. i'm currently in filing a claim with the transportation company in hopes that I can at least get something out of this, because I have no wrongdoing in this situation.
