Overall, my experience with Ship A Car Direct was positive. Jennifer was very helpful and responsive, addressing all my questions. My car arrived safely and in good condition, although the driver left the driving seat dusty. They picked up my car earlier than expected, but it stayed in their parking lot for a few days before shipment. If you have a flexible schedule, it's fine, but communicate your preferences if you need your car sooner.
