I appreciate the time you took to discuss this issue with me. I completely understand your concerns regarding the car being driven, and you're right - such an incident is absolutely inexcusable and should never occur.
We take full responsibility for this oversight. To address this, we've already refunded the entire $250 service fee you initially paid. Additionally, we've decided to discontinue our association with "Ideal Transport" due to their unauthorized and needless use of your car.
From what I gather, they provided a concession of $125 on your fee. So, as of now, you've received a refund of $375 out of the $1375 total for transporting your car across states. I acknowledge you wish to obtain an additional $312.50 in compensation from the carrier, effectively reducing your costs by half. Rest assured, we're on your side and will support your effort to get this refund.
We also want to assure you that any forthcoming tolls or tickets will not be billed to you.
I deeply regret the unprofessional conduct exhibited by Ideal Transport. For those reading, be cautious- they may still operate for other entities, but never again with us.
I understand if there's hesitation to use our services in the future, but should you consider us, we'd be more than willing to waive our service fee for any subsequent moves. I truly believe you'd witness a vastly improved experience.
It's unfortunate, but occasionally, one discovers the problematic entities only when they err in glaring ways. I deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you. My sincerest apologies for this lapse in service.
