Ship a Car Direct quickly found a carrier for me after I created the order and they provided necessary information to help us understand the process. The only complaint is the carrier, you can't schedule a pick up time with them, they only call me about half hour or one hour before a scheduled place to pick up the car, they can't promise when they will call me (even in the morning or afternoon or evening) if I am not ready 24/7 and missed their call or doing something else, I can't get my car picked up, this process took about 2-3 weeks, finally in a day, they called me 1.5 hours before they show up at a pick up location and I was lucky enough that evening I can make it to the place and time they told me.
