I called Ship a Car Direct on a Friday to get info on shipping my 2004 T-Bird from North Carolina to my home in Midlothian, VA. Jennifer gave me the answers I needed to set the transaction up. She began immediately to find a carrier, which didn't take long at all. The car was to be picked up on the following Monday, which was great. Turns out my car was o be picked up Saturday and delivered the same day. However, we didn't find this info and the carrier didn't pick up my car. Another carrier was found quickly.. We kept receiving different times the car would be here. The times kept getting changed to later hours of delivery. Then the carrier wanted my husband to meet him at a nearby shopping center at 11pm to midnight, which was not acceptable.He delivered to the house around 10:30 pm. Would not hire the carrier again but felt the broker did a good job.
