I have been using Ship a Car Direct for several years and have never been disappointed with their service. Their pickup and delivery dates always work. When I first started using this company, I would call the dispatcher many times, making sure that they understood what I was concerned about. On this last trip (10/13-10/16), I didn't call and check on them. Rather, I wasn't really concerned with the pickup and it went off without any problems. This is a very reputable firm. I had one problem in the past. My very old front license plate flew off the car on the trip to Connecticut. The company paid me the cost of replacing my plate. Well Done Guys.
