My car was picked up the day before I was expecting (good Thing). This led me to think that it might arrive a day early or at least on the day expected. Wrong on both. The transport broke down nearly immediately. The delivery day kept advancing on day at a time until I was finally told of the breakdown and the truck was still in the originating city. Two weeks instead of 2-3 days after pickup I received my car. I think there was poor comunication between Ship A Car and their contracted Carrier. the agent I was working with kept in touch with me but I don't think he was aware of the whole reason my car was so late until nearly the end. I would use this company again but I wonder if they'll use this transporter again.
