The process was simple, Lottie was very helpful, and the whole process went without a hitch. The driver contacted our son in enough time to get his car ready, called us twice the morning of delivery (one day early, pleasantly to our surprise) with plenty of time for us to be ready, and then he drove it into our driveway and handed me the car keys with a smile. I could not have hoped for better service
