Ship a car direct was FABULOUS!!! Renee was great! She was very professional and did exactly what she said she would do. Their communication was tremendous!! (Text, email and calls). I had an issue with the trucking company which was no fault of ship a car direct, but Renee and Maricel stepped-in and paid for what the trucking company should have. I have used other transport companies, but this was my first experience with ship a car direct and I will only us them in the future.
