Most notable was Jennifer's thoroughness and concise explanation of the process. As one needs to understand, you are hiring a broker who located companies with vehicles on your desired route. The broker will quote an estimate, however, the trucking company may come back with a higher fee for which a broker fee is added to. There are multitudes of brokers who will quote a low fee and hand you a surprise figure after your deposit is in hand. Jennifer's quote was a bit low and, accordingly, she reduced her fee which was not required. Thank you!! Only complaint I would express is that there was no real time locator and communication with the trucking company was not prompt. However, all worked out and the car was delivered unscathed and the driver was friendly.
