No problems with the pickup from CA, transport and delivery to MA. On time, no damage and reasonably priced! The only remarks I have for those reading this review is that when shipping a car across the country in the winter on an open trailer, be prepared for your car to be COMPLETELY COVERED in salt!! It took 2 trips through the car wash to get mine clean. Still, I suspect some salt residue remains. Otherwise, I am happy with the service
