Enclosed transport of 2 cars, one running, one not. The driver showed up on time , but did not have a working winch for the non-running car. Fortunately I had a come-along and we were able to push the car onto the ramps and pull it onto the truck with the come-along. The transport went without issue and the cars were delivered in tact, though with greasy hand prints along the sides of one of the cars - nothing a good washing didn’t fix. Overall, I was generally satisfied with the service.
