Worked with Scott, we had a slow start getting on the same page with our communtion, but the suppoprt team was always there to help out with any questions.
The driver was very professional and courteous, inspected the vehicle throughly and the same on the drop off.
Scott qouted the price for transporting the vehicle and stepped up when the trucking service requested additional $50, Scott credit me back monies to my charge card.
I would definetly use Ship a Car Direct again and recommend to my family and friends.
