First time transporting a vehicle with ShipACarDirect. The process from start to finish was smooth with no complaints. We were updated regularly on the estimated pick up and delivery dates and times. Matt handled our order throughout the entire process. The price was very reasonable to deliver from Vegas to outside Chicago. The company that picked up our vehicle was very courteous and professional throughout. When picking up and delivering our vehicle, there were no issues, delays, or damage. Shipacardirect did everything that was promised!
