We needed to move our 1998 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 (low mileage, time capsule condition) from our vacation home in GA to our home in CA. Scott was amazing to work with and found a carrier that was within our budget. The carrier's driver was a little difficult to work with and required us to take the truck to a truck stop a few miles from our house, this was inconvenient especially since our development is on a secondary highway with plenty of non-turn-around parking for a big rig. Also the driver was not comfortable riving a manual transmission and stalled a few times loading it on the trailer.
When the truck arrived in CA, the driver again asked to deliver the truck to a car dealer a few miles from our house. I asked for it to be delivered to our house and didn't get a response so I reached out to Scott. I don't know what Scott did but the next call I received was from the carrier confirming the delivery address and giving a delivery time to our house. He called back later that day with an eta of 30 minutes, the truck was in the driveway in 30 minutes.
Scott is the reason I'd recommend Ship a Car Direct.
