Used ship-a-car-direct three times and the experience were nice. Usually the rate will be higher than the quote from the beginning as it is hard to find a driver to ship cars these days but overall the staffs were friendly, easy to work with and responsive. David is awesome that he helped me all the way with my questions and concerns. I will definitely use their service again in the future!
