Jennifer's level of customer service was superb. She anticipated concerns and responded immediately to questions. The deposit was not taken until a carrier had committed to the date.
Requests and confirmations were immediate. A pick up date was scheduled within 5 days of my initial request for transportation. The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered as promised. The night before the scheduled delivery I received a phone call to confirm a 10 a.m. to 12 noon drop off. In order to avoid missing work, I asked to have the vehicle delivered as early or as late as possible. At 7: 00 a.m. the next morning my vehicle arrived from GA to CA with no damage. There were no surprises, communication was excellent, and the price was very reasonable- easily beating the competition by at least $50-$200. I want to buy more vehicles from far away just so I can use this service again!
