We moved from NY to LA and needed our car to be there on time so we wouldn't have to rent a car. It all worked out perfectly and Nicole did an excellent job in keeping us informed throughout the process. Unfortunately the car had a cut in one tire and the paint was chipped. But all in all it was ok.
