Transaction was smooth, easy and without any complications. Jennifer was helpful in arranging last minute transportation of my vehicle after having previously encountered a potentially unscrupulous company with a poor BBB rating. After searching through many reviews and BBB ratings, I chose Honesty First based on their favorable rating and their detailed responses to any complaints.
The rate quoted was accurate and as promised. The carrier chosen by Honesty First (Arthur Xpress Inc.) was excellent, courteous and very efficient (my vehicle arrived without a scratch in NY in 5 days from LA!) I would use both companies again if needed.
