Called Jen , real nice, she said 1-3 days for pick up. It has now been 13 days and I have to get another truck service. While my 19 y/o is taking buses and feeling unsafe 2500 miles from home. I am sure by reading the reviews jen shall write a wonderful, compasionate response about how it is sad and it's my fault and nothing they can do, blah, blah, blah. Well you can believe her or you can belive the consumer. your call. I was lied to and stroked along by cunningness and niceness, This may be the new definition of honesty in this country. I am the COO and owner of a multi-nillion dollar company. This is not good business.

Well, poking fun at our name is certainly the easy shot to take (No need to insult the nation as a whole though) but it needs to be pointed out, that we don't charge a single penny to anyone until they are set up with a transporter, so we never intentionally make anyone wait, it's just not in either of our best interests. Jennifer is indeed very nice, compassionate and helpful, not a cunning bone in her body, and tried to offer advice on how to get set up with a carrier more quickly than the AVERAGE 1 to 3 day window that we like to get our cars picked up within, but Vinnie didn't want to hear it. So, not liking the answer does not make the answer dishonest. She tried to explain that carriers can change what they charge for any given route in subtle and unannounced ways, usually because there are more (or less) vehicles available on that route. We make every effort to stay on top of that, it's part of the reason we state that our prices are valid for 7 days. Now, obviously, when the carriers rate goes down, your vehicle gets picked up even faster because it is now paying better than it needs to, but when their rates go up, it can take longer to get your vehicle assigned because now there are other cars that are paying 25 or 50 dollars better than yours. Our mistake was we were trying to get the lowest possible price for him and it really should have been 25 or 50 higher. He is also inaccurate on his declared wait time, his car was not available for pickup until 8/25 and this review was written on 8/31. I think some elements of this review are heightened for dramatic effect. i.e. Why would the COO of a multi-million dollar company make his child take the bus? Things for you to learn from this review - If your vehicle is not picked up with a few days of your first available date, sometimes a slight adjustment to your COD (that's the carriers pay, not the brokers, our fee is always the same) will do the trick, no need to jump to another company, as we all use central dispatch to set your vehicle up with carriers and their COD will need to be just as high (but their deposit may be higher and/or required up front). Hope this review helped you.
