I was very greatful that everything went smoothly. The representative continue to assure me that it was normal to wait until a couple of dates before the pickup date that the driver will call to let you know the exact day and time. It was picked up before the day that it had to be picked up and deliver a day before the promised day. No damages or mishaps. The drivers knew the area well. Thank you!!!
